Inspired by Quinn Callander’s Boy Scout service project in Canada, there has been a recent push on social media for those with 3D printers to step up and help produce the Surgical Mask Ear Guards. The Dysart Unified School District asked schools to fire up their 3D printers to create the ear guards for local healthcare workers. To date, Dysart has made and distributed more than 2,500 surgical mask ear guards to more than 20 local hospitals, healthcare, and assisted living facilities in the area.
